Personal Resume for Bevin Skelton - Nova Scotia Canada
I am a 21 year old Nova Scotia based accountant looking for my very first job out of University. I studied at Halifax University and just graduated this December of 2012. I am primarily looking for a role in insolvency accounting but am prepared to accept any job that will further my skill level and broaden my horizons.
Throughout my university years in Canada I was extremely diligent with both my work and personal life and always strived to exhibit a strong work ethic. I take great pride in the fact that I was able to juggle both a hectic study schedule as well as significant time involvements in both the debating society and the rowing club. Sport, in particular was able to balance out my need for some down time away from the books.
During my time at university I was working in both a local McDonald's and at a Sonic Drive through. This gave me the opportunity to view business from a wide range of perspectives and I got a full view of the accounting process. It also gave me strong customer service and money management skills.

Career Perspectives
My ultimate career goal is to work my way up in the insolvency field, gaining a wide and varied range of experience. At some point within the next ten years I would hopefully be in a position to be considered for a partnership at a small firm doing boutique work. I think that this would likely be an achievable goal considering my strong academic performance history as well as my ambition and drive.
